I've been trying to test a demo model - but when I was at the Apple Store in Palm Beach Gardens - they were sold out - and only had a lower end I Home to try Sad

Have you tried looking at Best Buy? If I remember correctly, they have display models there that you can play with. Of course, I could be wrong.... maybe XAQ or Rob could confirm this?
